Software License & Provisioning Terms

PRARAH provides advisory, procurement support and setup services. The software itself is created, licensed, hosted and supported by its provider. You receive a licence or subscription entitlement from that provider — not from PRARAH — with the plan, seat count, term and features confirmed before purchase.

We only assist with software obtained through legitimate channels and used in line with the provider's licence terms. We do not supply or support pirated software, cracked builds, key generators, shared or split licences where the provider prohibits them, licences obtained by misrepresenting eligibility, or any workaround of a provider's activation or pricing rules.

Some plans are available only to specific customer types — for example businesses, educational institutions, non-profits, particular regions or new customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the eligibility information you give us. A provider may refuse, revoke or re-price a licence if eligibility requirements are not met.

• Software is provisioned into an account owned and controlled by you wherever the provider allows it
• A verified business email address or domain may be required
• Some products require domain verification, identity verification or an administrator account
• Activation instructions and keys must be used within any validity period set by the provider

Your use of any software is governed by the provider's end-user licence agreement, acceptable use policy, privacy policy and service terms. By asking us to provision a product, you agree to comply with those terms. Where they conflict with anything described here, the provider's terms control the software itself.

Subscriptions run for the term confirmed at purchase. Renewal pricing, plan structure and feature sets are set by the provider and may change. Unless we have agreed to manage renewals for you in writing, tracking renewal dates and cancelling in time remains your responsibility.

Licences, keys and vouchers must not be resold, sub-licensed, shared or transferred unless the provider expressly permits it. Doing so may result in the provider suspending or cancelling the licence without refund.

• Managing users, permissions and seat assignments after handover
• Backing up your own data held in third-party tools
• Ensuring your use of the software complies with applicable law and the provider's policies

Providers may experience downtime, change features, adjust pricing, restrict regions or discontinue products. PRARAH has no control over these decisions and is not liable for resulting disruption, data loss or cost. Where a product is affected, we will help you identify alternatives.

PRARAH supports the scope agreed with you — typically selection, provisioning, setup and initial configuration, plus help raising a ticket with the provider. Product-level bugs, service availability, data recovery and platform support remain the responsibility of the provider under its own support terms. Ongoing managed support is available only where it is separately agreed.

Nothing here implies that PRARAH is an official reseller, distributor, partner, agent or authorised service provider of any software vendor. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This document may be updated as our services, tools and legal obligations change. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Where a change is material, we will update the "last updated" reference above. Continuing to use the website or our services after an update means you accept the updated version.
